This policy explains which personal data g2D processes when you visit g2d.com.br, what it is used for, who it is shared with and how you can exercise your rights. g2D is a Brazilian company, so this processing follows Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD). This English version is a translation of the Portuguese policy; if they differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
Who is responsible
The data controller is g2D (Brazilian company registration CNPJ 46.757.550/0001-50), represented by Gustavo Henrique, founder and technical lead, who also acts as the person in charge of personal data processing. For anything related to this policy, email contato@g2d.com.br.
What data we process and why
1. Contact and free review forms
- Data: the fields you fill in (name, email, website address, company, message and other fields on the page), plus the date and time of submission, the page it came from and your IP address.
- Purpose: to reply to you, understand your needs and prepare the review or a proposal. The IP address is used only for security, to limit abusive submissions and block bots.
- Legal basis: steps prior to a contract, at your request (art. 7, V), and legitimate interest in website security (art. 7, IX).
- Where it is stored: submissions arrive by email in the contato@g2d.com.br inbox. The website does not keep a database of messages.
- How long: for as long as we are in contact and for up to 2 years after the last contact if no contract follows. If there is a contract, for the period required by law.
2. Usage statistics (Google Analytics 4), on until you decline
- Data: pages visited, actions on the website (such as button clicks, WhatsApp clicks and form submissions), device and browser type, language and approximate region. We use cookie identifiers; Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.
- Purpose: to understand how the website is used and improve pages and content.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring and improving the website (art. 7, IX), with the right to object at any time. If you decline in the cookie notice or in Cookie preferences, these cookies are no longer set.
- How long: 14 months in Google Analytics.
3. Website behaviour (Microsoft Clarity), on until you decline
- Data: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, pointer movements, technical device characteristics and replays of interactions on this website. Replays reconstruct navigation; they do not record your camera or your screen outside this website.
- Purpose: to identify navigation difficulties and improve page clarity, usability and operation.
- Protection: values entered in forms are masked. We do not send form names, email addresses or messages as Clarity identifiers.
- Legal basis and choice: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), under Statistics. Clarity loads during your visit and is switched off if you decline in the cookie notice or in Cookie preferences.
- Provider: Microsoft. Read the Clarity privacy policy. Clarity complements Google Analytics statistics; counts may differ because of consent, blocking and measurement criteria.
4. Ad measurement (Google Ads), on until you decline
When you arrive at the website from an ad, we may measure whether the ad led to a contact (a form submission or a WhatsApp click). This uses Google marketing cookies, based on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), and stops if you decline the Marketing category. We do not use this data to personalize ads.
5. Security and operation
The website is protected by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as IP address and browser) to deliver pages, block attacks and check that form submissions don’t come from a bot (Cloudflare Turnstile). Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
